About the role

Hilti is looking for a Sales Engineer to act as the technical bridge between design and delivery on construction projects. You will work directly on building sites, in design institutes and client offices, collaborating with architects, designers and construction engineers to ensure Hilti solutions are applied effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and advise construction and design organisations on Hilti technologies (anchor systems, fire‑protection products, direct‑mount equipment, etc.).
• Provide technical and economic calculations to justify the use of Hilti products in assigned regions.
• Perform design calculations and support project teams with technical documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and seminars for customers and design firms.
• Select and size Hilti materials and engineering solutions, including on‑site testing when required.

Required profile

• Higher education in civil or general construction engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in designing building structures or performing calculation work in civil/industrial projects.
• Proficiency with technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, self‑organization and a results‑driven attitude.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
