Senior Visualisation Associate – ACDMS

About the role

The Senior Visualisation Associate will lead the development and maintenance of a unified dashboard ecosystem for IOM Afghanistan programmes, ensuring consistency with approved analytical and visualisation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead dashboard harmonisation across programme portfolios, applying standard indicators, definitions and visualisation approaches.
• Develop, maintain and improve ACDMS dashboards, handling technical delivery, performance and usability.
• Coordinate with programme managers to translate operational needs into visualisation products and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain integration of dashboards with ACDMS databases, APIs and other data sources.
• Review indicators, calculations and visual outputs for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Provide user support, training and documentation for dashboard adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Visualisation, Information Management, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, GIS, Economics or related field, with at least five years of relevant experience, or a high‑school diploma with seven years of experience.
• Experience supporting humanitarian or development programmes is an advantage.
