Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Karlatoon is seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to own and execute its digital marketing strategy. You will enhance the brand’s online presence, drive user acquisition for the website, mobile app, and social channels, and support overall growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, graphics, videos, reels, and stories while maintaining a monthly content calendar.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok and other platforms, focusing on lead generation and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page and technical SEO, and optimise website content, landing pages, and metadata.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to produce high‑performing marketing assets.
• Perform App Store Optimization (ASO) for Apple App Store and Google Play, improving visibility and download rates.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and app analytics; prepare monthly KPI reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and performance advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across design, product, and development teams.
