User Interface Architect

About the role

The User Interface Architect is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kabul Province, Afghanistan. You will design and oversee user interfaces for web applications, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with product requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define UI specifications and create wireframes and prototypes.
• Guide front‑end implementation to maintain design standards and optimize responsive layouts across devices.
• Review and refine UI components, contribute to front‑end best practices, and conduct usability reviews.
• Address feedback from users and stakeholders and support continuous improvement of the overall user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and communicating design decisions clearly.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and performance considerations in UI design.
• Experience mentoring developers on UI best practices and maintaining design systems is a plus.
