Regional Sales Agent – IT Services (Afghanistan)

About the role

Cyber Trust IT Services Company is seeking dynamic Regional Agents to represent the company in the provinces of Mazar‑e‑Sharif, Kandahar, Kunduz, Nangarhar and Herat. Agents will act as the local point of contact for businesses interested in the company’s IT solutions and will help expand the client base across Afghanistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business customers within the assigned province.
• Promote the company’s IT services and project offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Generate leads, conduct follow‑up meetings and negotiate commission‑based agreements.
• Report sales activities and market feedback to the central team.

Required profile

• Resident of the province where you apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑only basis.
