About the role
The Project Analyst will support the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the SESEHA project, which aims to introduce renewable energy and energy‑efficiency measures in Afghan health and education facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate preparation, implementation and monitoring of Annual Work Plans, procurement plans and implementation schedules.
- Monitor implementation progress against approved work plans, budgets and the project results framework.
- Ensure project activities comply with UNDP POPP, Quantum procedures and donor requirements.
- Track project budget utilization, delivery rates and expenditure trends, and coordinate budget revisions and procurement planning.
- Lead implementation of the SESEHA Gender Action Plan, providing technical guidance on gender‑responsive programming and overseeing collection and analysis of sex‑disaggregated data.
- Prepare analytical reports on gender results, project risks and mitigation measures, and support monthly, quarterly and donor reporting.
