Pharmaceutical Production Manager (Kabul)

Recruit AI is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical facility. The role focuses on ensuring efficient daily production, strict regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement using advanced planning tools.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day pharmaceutical production activities and maintain adherence to schedules.
• Implement and sustain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet regulatory standards.
• Plan, analyze, and optimise production processes for efficiency while upholding safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to monitor product quality and address issues promptly.
• Utilise Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) for inventory control, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure consistent manufacturing standards.
• Monitor equipment performance, work with maintenance to minimise downtime, and manage material usage for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance the supply chain.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage production workflows.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and corrective actions.
