Master Trainer – Community Education (Kunar Province)

About the role

The Master Trainer will lead and support training activities for Community Based Education (CBE) teachers across Kunar Province. This role involves delivering methodology trainings, providing coaching, and ensuring high‑quality implementation of educational programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct methodology, refresher, and specialized trainings for CBE teachers and project beneficiaries.
• Provide regular coaching, technical support, and supportive supervision visits to monitor classroom implementation.
• Monitor training‑material (TLM) availability and usage, and verify school‑level data and reports.
• Identify implementation gaps, propose corrective actions, and coordinate with DED, school principals, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, PSEA/PSH, child protection, and organizational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the education sector, preferably with NGOs.
• Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, supervision, monitoring, and reporting.
• Fluent Pashto; working knowledge of Dari and English is preferred.
