About the role

As an HR Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management using AI‑driven tools. You will collaborate with a global team and gain hands‑on experience in modern, tech‑enabled HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media and headhunting.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals.
• Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews for various positions.
• Manage communication with applicants via email and LinkedIn.
• Assist with AI‑driven HR tasks such as data processing and system updates.

Required profile

• Currently studying or holding a degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts or a program with strong English language training.
• Motivated to learn, hardworking, productive and committed to the internship.
• Clearly interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
