Healthcare Manager Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Manager Intern to support the growth of WaruWenJo’s medical second‑opinion and medical value‑tourism services. You will work closely with doctors, hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres to build a strong referral network and help patients access quality care across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare providers to promote our services and generate referrals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres and corporate partners.
• Conduct presentations, meetings and networking events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Assist in negotiating collaboration agreements and MoUs with strategic partners.
• Coordinate with Operations and Business Development teams to ensure smooth patient referrals.
• Record field visits, meetings and partnership activities in the CRM and submit regular reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (completed or final semester) in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior internship or experience in healthcare, medical marketing or business development is a plus.

• Stipend of 14,970 – 22,455 AFN for the entire internship.
