Full Stack Developer

About the role

MOAM Logistics, a venture of QUQNOOS Investment Ltd based in Kabul, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain its cargo, courier and warehouse management platform. The role covers backend, frontend and mobile development, DevOps, logging and monitoring, and quality and security practices.

Key responsibilities

• Backend: design, develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices with C# and ASP.NET Core, including authentication, authorization, role management, error handling and secure service-to-service communication
• Databases: use SQL Server and Entity Framework Core, and implement distributed caching with Redis or similar
• Messaging: use RabbitMQ for asynchronous workflows and real-time features with SignalR/WebSockets where needed
• Integrations: connect the system with ERP (including Sage), CRM, payment gateways, SMS/notification services, Firebase, customs systems and other platforms
• Frontend: build responsive web apps with Next.js, React, TypeScript, HTML and CSS, integrating them with backend APIs and real-time features
• Mobile: develop cross-platform apps with Flutter and Dart, integrating with .NET APIs and Firebase services
• DevOps: containerize with Docker and Docker Compose, administer Linux servers, Nginx and SSL/TLS, and support CI/CD pipelines, backups and production releases
• Logging and monitoring: use Serilog and Seq, and set up health checks, metrics, alerts and diagnostics
• Quality and security: write unit and integration tests, apply secure coding practices, and take part in design, code reviews, Git workflows and documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong experience building full-stack production applications with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core as the main backend technology
• Good understanding of software architecture, security, performance, scalability, concurrency, testing and distributed systems
• Ability to solve technical problems independently, communicate clearly and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good English for documentation and communication; Dari and/or Pashto are an advantage
