Data Entry Specialist

About the role

Sahil Tracking, a leading vehicle‑tracking and fleet‑management provider, is looking for five diligent Data Entry Specialists to join its on‑site Operations and Data Management team. The role focuses on accurately entering and maintaining customer, vehicle, and GPS device information in the company’s systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update customer, vehicle, and GPS device data in the company database.
• Record registration details, installation dates, IMEI numbers, SIM card numbers, and service information.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
• Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or inaccurate records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data‑entry reports.
• Upload, label, and organize electronic documents.
• Coordinate with technicians, agents, branches, and supervisors to verify information.
• Report inconsistent or suspicious records to the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school graduation (required); diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in data entry, administration or records management is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Dari or Pashto; basic English knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, high typing accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Ability to use email and workplace communication applications.
