Senior Accountant (Controlling)

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior Accountant specialized in controlling to support its manufacturing operations. The role involves managing accounts, analysing expenses, and driving cost‑reduction initiatives across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage account and expense analysis, including manufacturing overhead and SAR.
• Oversee working capital projects such as inventory, tooling, and prototype R&D sales.
• Conduct investment controlling, payback analysis, and benchmark studies for China mid‑term footprint.
• Lead project follow‑up and digitalisation initiatives in accounts receivable and treasury.
• Support month‑end closing, reporting, and preparation of plant‑related presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP (preferred) and strong analytical abilities.
• Independent problem‑solver with high motivation and initiative.
• Fluent English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
