Human Resource Virtual Internship

About the role

The GAO Group is seeking a virtual HR intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management using AI‑driven tools. You will work remotely with a global team and gain hands‑on experience in modern, tech‑enabled HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates via job boards, social media and headhunting.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Schedule and conduct interviews for various positions.
• Manage communication with applicants through email and LinkedIn.
• Perform AI‑driven HR tasks such as basic data processing and system updates.

Required profile

• Currently studying or holding a university degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, or a program with strong English language training.
• Motivated to learn, work hard, maintain productivity and be committed to the internship.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.

Required skills

• Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn for candidate outreach.
